America Southern Command introduced Monday that the US carried out “deadly” strikes on a number of vessels operated by designated terrorist organizations, killing no less than eight narco-terrorists.
“On Dec. 15, on the route of @SecWar Pete Hegseth, Joint Job Power Southern Spear performed deadly kinetic strikes on three vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations in worldwide waters,” the U.S. Southern Command stated in a put up on X.
Intelligence reportedly detected suspicious exercise alongside the Jap Pacific, the place the vessels have been touring recognized narco-trafficking routes.
“Intelligence confirmed that the vessels have been transiting alongside recognized narco-trafficking routes within the Jap Pacific and have been engaged in narco-trafficking,” the unit stated.
“A complete of eight male narco-terrorists have been killed throughout these actions—three within the first vessel, two within the second and three within the third,” the unit added. A complete of 94 alleged narco-terrorists have been killed for the reason that operation started.
The U.S. has performed dozens of strikes on suspected drug-trafficking vessels within the Jap Pacific and Caribbean to dismantle narco-terrorist networks, concentrating on teams equivalent to Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua and Colombia’s Ejército de Liberación Nacional.
